3. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before shipment. Once tracking information has been issued, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

Northern Peptides is not responsible for delays, holds, or seizures caused by carriers or customs authorities.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that peptide research products are permitted in their country or region.
5. Exceptions
No refunds will be provided for misuse, mishandling, or improper storage of products.
Refunds will not be issued for products held, rejected, or destroyed by customs.
