3. Orders & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

  • Payments are securely processed via Square and Interac.

  • We do not store or have direct access to your full payment information.

  • Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship orders to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure all information is accurate.

  • Once a package is shipped, Northern Peptides is not responsible for delays, customs issues, or lost shipments caused by third-party carriers or international regulations.

  • Customers are responsible for compliance with their local laws and regulations regarding peptide research products.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

  • We do not accept returns or provide refunds once an order has been shipped.

  • If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@northernpeptides.is so we can review your case.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this site (logos, branding, product descriptions, images, and text) is the property of Northern Peptides and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
